The short answer
In Ghana, “PSVR” almost always means the PlayStation VR2 headset for PS5. You can buy it on BitsBay in two versions: the standard PS VR2 headset at GH₵7,200.30, or the PS VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain bundle at GH₵7,200.10, which ships with the game voucher included. Both are in stock, pay with Mobile Money or card, and we deliver nationwide.
| Option | What's inside | Price | Buy |
|---|---|---|---|
| PS VR2 (standard) | Headset, two Sense controllers, stereo earbuds, USB-C cable | GH₵7,200.30 | View product |
| PS VR2 Horizon bundle | Everything above plus Horizon Call of the Mountain download voucher | GH₵7,200.10 | View product |
What you need before you buy
- A PlayStation 5 or PS5 Slim. PS VR2 does not work on PS4, on PC out of the box, or as a standalone headset.
- About 2m × 2m of clear play space — push the centre table aside before you start.
- A stable internet connection for the first system update and for downloading VR games from the PlayStation Store.
- A free USB-C port on the front of the console — that single cable carries video, audio and power.
- Steady power. If dumsor is frequent where you live, a small backup system protects the console mid-session — see our solar buying guide for Ghana.

Standard headset or the Horizon bundle?
The hardware is identical. The only difference is the bundled copy of Horizon Call of the Mountain, one of the best showcase titles for the headset. Since the two are priced within a few pesewas of each other on BitsBay today, the Horizon bundle is the better value if you have not played it. Choose the standard headset if you already own the game or want to spend your first budget on other titles.
Setting it up on your PS5
- Update your PS5 system software over Wi-Fi or LAN first.
- Plug the headset's USB-C cable into the front port of the console.
- Pair both Sense controllers with the supplied USB cables, then charge them fully.
- Follow the on-screen guide to set your eye distance, then run eye tracking calibration.
- Trace your play area boundary — do it in daylight or good room light for accurate tracking.
- Adjust the headband dial so the weight sits on your forehead, not your cheeks. Comfort is fit, not padding.
Buying safely in Ghana
- Insist on a sealed retail box with both Sense controllers and the original earbuds.
- Confirm the seller accepts Mobile Money or card through a proper checkout, not a personal transfer.
- Get an order number and a delivery ETA in writing — on BitsBay you can track it any time.
- Beware of “PSVR” listings that are actually the older PS4 headset; PS VR2 has an OLED panel and no camera box.
