Delete your BitsBay account
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your BitsBay account (app package xyz.bitsbay.ghanashop) and the personal data linked to it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email or Google login)
- Your profile details: name, phone number and saved delivery addresses
- Your wishlist, cart and product reviews
What we must keep
- Order and payment records are kept for up to 6 years where Ghanaian tax and consumer-protection law requires it, then permanently deleted.
Requests are processed within 30 days. We may email you first to confirm ownership of the account.
