When and how BitsBay issues refunds.

Approved refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method.

Mobile Money refunds usually arrive within 3 working days. Card refunds can take 5-10 working days depending on your bank.

Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is due to a fault on our side.
