7-day window
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.
How to start
Contact support with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll confirm the return and arrange collection or drop-off.
Not eligible
Personal care items, opened beauty products, and made-to-order goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
